Dr.  Dwayne M. Fraser, an anointed preacher and teacher, exemplifies the character of one who has totally surrendered to the plan and divine purpose of God. A native of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, this man of God is committed to ministering the Word with power and in demonstration of the Holy Ghost. Known for his patience and humility, he holds forth the Word with integrity and functions as a powerful intercessor.  Prophet Dwayne  is an author with a unique gift of merging the Prophetic and Information Systems Security. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Christian Education and a Doctorate in Ministry.

Dr. Keri Fraser (born in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands) is an anointed, multi-gifted preacher, and prophetic psalmist, who willingly shares her ministry gifts globally. Her powerful message of deliverance has impacted many lives throughout the world. She is an award winning songwriter and gospel recording artist with a deep passion for authentic worship.  She is an author and the TV show host of "Tea with Pastor Keri".  Currently serving alongside her husband  as the founders and visionary leaders of Abundant Rain Empowerment Church Global, they provide vision and leadership to their congregation and other International Ministries.  Dr. Keri wears many hats which include being a loving wife and proud mother. She is also the business owner of Fraser Financial and Computer Solutions. Throughout her career, she has received numerous awards for excellence in accounting and financial management. She has obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s degree in Christian Education; and Doctorate degree in Ministry.
