Abundant Rain Empowerment Church was birthed out of a deep desire to fulfill the will of God in LEADing believers around the world with prophetic insight. For 15 years, Prophet Dwayne and Pastor Keri Fraser had the privilege of being able to lead an amazing multi-cultural group of believers in the traditional way of church. Now with an expanded mandate and apostolic grace, these visionary leaders are building communities of believers who are equipped for end-time events and discipleship in an ever changing world.
